All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will be shipped via UPS. You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and provided a tracking number when it has been shipped.
We ship worldwide
Shipment may take 3 to 15 business days depending on destination country.
Any extra charges ( such as taxes, Import duties, etc.) are not included in the price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
You can track Your order using a tracking number on My Profit Book website by following the link or on the UPS official website https://www.ups.com/
We do not accept returns. All orders are non-refundable and final.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable items.
Exchanges are allowed up to 14 days of receipt of parcel. The item should be in the original condition, not used and not damaged.
Shipping costs both ways will be at the expense of the buyer.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you would like to change your order or delivery address please contact us as soon as possible once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email with tracking number it may not be possible to make any changes to your order.

These charges are set by the destination country. Especially it concerns The United States Of America, and Canada. Please check with your local customs office directly prior to placing the order.
My Profit Book Company ships from Poland. The Delivery time shown on the page is estimated, please take into consideration that on some rare occasions ( such as holidays period, strikes, etc) there can be delays due to the customs process in the destination country.
After the order have been shipped, and You received the tracking number we no longer have the control over the work of the delivery company.
