All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will be shipped via UPS. You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and provided a tracking number when it has been shipped.

Shipment may take 3 to 15 business days depending on destination country. (normaly its take 3-5 business days)
Any extra charges ( such as taxes, Import duties, etc.) are not included in the price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

At My Profit Book, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your needs and expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We do not accept returns for our products, but we offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the product, and we will send you a replacement.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can send the product back to us via courier service at your own expense. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned. We will only refund the cost of the product, and we will deduct the average one-way shipping cost of €12 from your refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email email@example.com. We will process your request within 10 business days.
Important information: When filing a claim for a damaged product, please make sure to attach a photo of the packaging, as we will send a request to the delivery company. Each planner is thoroughly inspected before shipment, and we guarantee that it is packed without any flaws. Additionally, please inform the courier if you notice any damage to the box. If you fail to provide a photo of the packaging and notify the courier about the damage, we will not be able to process your claim.
